1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Security

4Deposits and Withdrawals

• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• hela88 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification.
• Withdrawals of funds obtained through bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied. Requests to withdraw bonus-derived funds before wagering requirements are met will be declined.

5Bonuses and Promotions

hela88 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise include the following:

Upon closure of an account for a confirmed breach of these terms, hela88 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account.
